Vet Tech with Fear Free Instruction

Our veterinary technician instructors are completing the Fear Free certification program, if they have not done so already. This means that they could empower students with skills to help eliminate pets' fear, anxiety, and stress induced by veterinary visits. Fear Free practices are designed to create a clinic experience that is safer for all parties involved, including pets, families, and veterinary healthcare teams.

Welding Instructor Mackey

Would you ever consider becoming a teacher at the school from which you graduated? That's exactly what one of our instructors did. O. L. Mackey—or “Mackey,” as his students call him—is one of Rockford Career College's welding instructors. Mackey teaches all of our welding courses focusing on SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and pipe welding. Before joining the RCC faculty, he worked for Monroe Truck Equipment as a welder. In total, he has eight years of experience in the field.

Robert, Rockford Career College's Surgical Technology Program Chair, is just one of many knowledgeable, experienced instructors ready to guide you on your career path.

Our Call-Id No Longer Reads Rockford Career College

So many things have changed recently, including the way we contact you. Currently, our staff members are calling prospective students from their homes rather than their offices. This means that our caller ID no longer appears as Rockford Career College.

You may not answer calls from numbers you do not recognize. We completely understand that. To make sure you don't miss out on our next start date (May 11th), here's how we will get in touch with you if you don't answer:
