“If only the days were longer.”
Your days are cluttered with so many events, you never have time to commit to what you truly desire to accomplish. When you have two jobs, your kid's soccer practice, an apartment to clean, and errands to run in between, focusing on a career change or school may seem impossible. Whenever you do get a few hours to spend as you please, it is so easy to want to do nothing. One funny video turns into twenty. A few minutes on your phone stretch until you need to charge it. Before you know it, spring has slipped back into winter, and you are no closer to your goal.
“What do you want to do with your life?” We ask kindergartners for their answers but are often unsure of our own responses. While some individuals have a singular drive early on that fuels their career path, many feel lost even as adults. Welder, electrician, medical billing and coding specialist, veterinary technician, paralegal, construction manager, business manager, and the list keeps going.
