“I was tired of working dead-end jobs and wanted to get into a high-demand career,” says Mr. Grzelak. Seeing the local demand for welders, he joined Rockford Career College's ten-month welding program. He graduated in January of 2019 and is already employed by Stainless Tank & Equipment.
