Manufacturing Day 2016

On October 11th, Rockford Career College hosted its first ever Manufacturing Day. Governor Rauner declared October “Manufacturing Month” in Illinois, and this was an awesome way to kick it off! MFG Day was an event where high school students from all over - including Auburn, East, Byron, and Belvidere - were able to go to different trades businesses to see how they operate. Some of the businesses involved in this were Bergstrom, ANPEC Industries, Fastenal, and Woodward.
